WOW! This was GREAT! I was standing right in front of the catwalk, in 4th or 5th row. It was my first Queen concert, and hopefully not my last one. Brian's guitar-sound wasn't very clear in the beginning, but I think after his solo his sound was better. Roger was amazing. His drums sounded so well.. great (nice haircut too btw). And the audience was fantastic. What an amazing feeling to be part of that singing crowd of thousands of people. Brian coudn't even continue singing Love Of My Life, because the audience was singing along so loud. Brian seemed to be a bit emotional about this.
This was really the most beautiful evening I've ever had in my life, and I hope they will come back soon!

Oh, and it was sooo hot in there... right at the front I saw 4 persons lifted over the fence and guided away because they would collapse. That makes one feel it's quite a shame one cannot take a bottle of water into the venue.

Indeed, I nearly fainted two times, but luckily I settled myself down right on time

I've been to the Antwerpen gig and the Arnhem gig. I think Paul was in amazing shape in both concerts but especially in Arnhem. What an amazing voice. The sound was also great. Brian had some guitar problems and I think it made him kind of insecure. His solo's weren't very good sometimes. The audience was great ,much better than Antwerpen. Roger was playing the drums good but I think he wasn't very tight. Maybe the tiredness of the tour. I was great to see his drumsolo on those big screens. It gives you an idea of how the dvd will be. Overall I think last night was great but I prefer the Antwerpen show, just because the band was better.

I agree. I'm gonna see 'em for the first time in the fall.

Well said! Couldn't agree more. Nice to hear I'm a 'younger fan'. Haven't heard that one in a while (I'm 32 yo). Never saw them in my life and it was -as you said- my ultimate dream. Thanks to all and everything you can imagine for making my dream come true. Especially Paul Rodgers. Deep deep deep respect for that guy.
Signatures suck!

I don't think they will come back...
I see it as a farewell-tour, since they never got the chance to end it properly.
Now I'm adding up the total counts for seeing them live:
- Freddie - once (Leiden '86)
- John - once (Leiden '86)
- Roger - three times (Leiden '86, Antwerpen '05, Arnhem '05)
- Brian - five times (Leiden '86, Rotterdam '93, Utrecht '98, Antwerpen '05, Arnhem '05)

It was to hot in The Gelredome indeed. Those guys with beertenders strapped on their backs couldn't be seen during the show. I was going to get some drinks afterwards outside, but the sellingpoints were already closed (bummer!).
We were standing on the left side at the end of the catwalk (about 5 meters back). So the pics seen on www.Mercuryparadise.com represent my viewingpoint of the gig. Thank you, Rien!

Needless to say it wasn't the best show I've seen, but it was great anyway.

Concerning Paul Rodgers; he did a good job. IMO it doesn't realy matter who did the singing of those "greatest hits". I didn't went to see him, but came for the Queen-party!!!
Well, it worked for me.
We must all see to believe...
