I would have to say that I would not buy it. While I am not against the whole Queen+PR tour, I can't say that I'd buy a CD. It just wouldn't be the same for me.

Sure I would. It would be very interesting what kind of album they could produce together. Though I wish they would stop using the Queen name and come up with something else in it's place. I also agree with Serry. I'm a collector too.

I'd buy it. I wasted my hard earned money on a Milli Vanilli record once in my life...surely a record with new stuff from Brian and Roger HAS to be better than that. At least our boys really sing and have real talent.

I would buy it the second the stores opened with it.....With Brian, Roger, and Paul, it would be very, very good.....for those who say that they wouldn't buy it...does that mean that they don't care about any of the solo stuff either exept for Freddies....again these people are only Freddie fans not Queen fans....for if they were Queen fans they'd also want to hear every Brian May solo and Roger Taylor drum roll....it will be great! (not Freddie but there was only one Freddie....there were some other great bands out there too you know....) Absolutely! PR kicks ass! Robbie Williams is what Justin Timberlake is here in the States, a boy band defect getting big on being a wanna-be. Robbie thinks he is Freddie Mercury and Tinkercake thinks he is Michael Jackson. George Michael I despise too! Paul Rodgers is a great singer!

I think I would first give it a listen, if I like it I buy it. It's not that just because there's Queen written on the album, that I need it. I still don't have the Queen at Wembley 2-CD, even though it's for sale for 9 euro's or something like that. The reason I don't buy it is that I have the DVD, the Video and the "old" release. So I really don't see a reason to buy it. Same goes for Queen Rocks, GH3. I'm not that much of a completist.

Actually, I'm dying to hear some new studio stuff. Their last album up until now has been released way before my era (that is 1995, I'm not counting Rocks, GH3, Wembley or On Fire). I'm talking about different, new stuff, made in the studio. That'll rock. And after all, I have all the Queen albums and all the solo stuff - why should I restrain myself from buying another one? I'm a collector too, I would not miss for anything in the world having the entire Queen discography. Besides that, the live work is awesome and I'm expecting the studio work to be either.

There are tons of negativity on this board. Sadly enough... However, I've been talking to lots of friends on the hub, people who went to see Queen + PR, and NO ONE was disappointed, they all got back excited and satisfied from the shows. So far I don't know anybody who has been to a concert and has disliked it... Most of the closed-minded people who reject Q+PR have not been to any show and I bet they didn't waiste their bandwidth either on d/loading the bootlegs. So how come they talk about smth they even don't know?!
Besides that, they're actually being silly in rejecting Paul. If Freddie's mother accepted him, these ppl are being miserable and ridiculous in not accepting him.... I'm sory if this is offending anybody, but I've also been offended countless times in my Queen fan pride and feelings by all that "Queen sucks" crap.
You should check the QOL forum. It may be moderated, but ppl are actually posting that they LIKE Brian, that thay LOVE some album, that they ENJOY the new tour. In here, everything Brian says tends to get twisted and criticised (even when there's nothing to criticise about, we're even criticising his soapbox, as if we were entitled to tell him what to do and what not), there are plenty of topics describing how 80s Queen was miserable, not to mention that the new tour is hated by so many ppl like BPP who unfortunately is back!!! I've left this board some weeks ago but nothing seems to get better since my last visit. I haven't seen a topic like: "I really love A NIght At The Opera, it's such a good album" for ages, instead there was plenty of "Bo Rhap is way overrated" topics...
There used to be a Queen fan forum in here, but it's all over now... :(
