I like Roger's quote on religion.
You mean "Religion fucks people up"? That's a good quote, but someone here on these boards mentioned a much better one...
"People fuck up religion".
It's not a matter of what religion is right or wrong. It's a matter of RESPECT. If we can't accept and embrace people from other religions as long as they do they same for us, then religious conflict will exist for all eternity. Why else do you think that Tom Cruise is possibly the most hated celebrity today? He thinks his cult is what's RIGHT, and everybody else is WRONG.
If you don't believe in God, think about these questions.......
How was 'space' made?
What started evolution?
Surely some higher force started it all, something, someone, somewhere....
The answer is, we don't know. We don't pretend to know. We may NEVER know. But until I see some proof of a higher power, I can't talk to what's not there.
it's called faith, though...that's what helps me believe.....okay, im done preaching....now im against trying to convert people cuz it never works. believe what u will...i hold nothing against you...unless you're a Satanist....then i have to shun you ;)

As for all those arguments that God must exist because of this or that, all I can say is blaaaaaaa....
People believe what they want to, what their logic tells them or what their mother told them to believe. It doesn't matter.
I'm not about to try and convince some religous person to not believe in God, so I think it only respectful that religous people stop trying to "teach" people the error of their ways. Religous people are so insecure. Believe whatever you want, I don't give a damn.
God is as far as I am concerned totally and utterly logically implausible. End of (my) story.

I'm proud to be christian, what I'm embarassed of is the so many christian hypocrites who claim to follow Jesus word by word and they're even worse sinners than the average person.
