well put it this way, it cant be as bad as budapest 86 DVD, cut all over tha place, and seriously dubbed! so there you go, I like buda 86, but nothing can be as bad as that when it comes to cuts and dubs, (except Firenze 05 :p)

Based on many of the comments in this topic, I expected a Do Ro cut & paste horror story like Cyberbarn.

As long as they don't film close ups up Roger's nose it will be ok!!!

Yes you did... The Brazilian bootlegs. ;)
M
Well yes indeed and I also heard that they replaced Danny Mirando thanks to some great CGI work for John Deacon after all

Will we ever hear "Under Pressure" from this concert from the soundboard?

So then which shows do these comments come from, if they're not quoted on the "what was really played at Sheffield"??

"Please welcome ouf new friend and companion and inspiration. Ladies and Gentleman: Mr Paul Rodgers."

"Just a little more music"

"I am not gonna bore you, cause..."

We still have the bootlegs to remind us of the atmosphere, when the filmer was jumping with the other fans to TYMD :)

Oh yes! :)

Hahaha, that sounds awesome. Which show is this?

Before we get upset about this, let us keep in mind, the possibility remains that the DVD may contain certain segments not on the cd. This happened with Milton Keynes, so it could happen with Sheffield.

Actually since Brian announces it by saying that it probably won't be on the DVD, it would have made more sense for it to be a bonus on the CD only.

Edit: I was referring to Under Pressure.

Yeah I think so because I can't imagine the dvd footage starting right into Reaching Out, it's too sudden. All Queen live dvds have some kind of intro so hopefully they don't abandon that tradition now and keep the Beautiful Day remix and/or the Eminem song in front with footage of the stage being build, the group backstage before going on, or the crowd getting ready, that sort of thing...

Yeah, I hope you're right!

Yep- hope so! I also pray for them to change in the last minute the bloody "falling courtain" from Roger's point of view to the audience one... C'mon- everyone who saw (or will see) those gigs knows it's THE moment...

But i can't put my head around those overdubs... Why the hell didn't they just released it as it was? It was a great gig- if anything needed overdubbing- that was the audience... I dunno...
And that would be a real shame if there was no "LOOSE YOURSELF" intro on the DVD- I loved it (hated it in Brixton, couldn't wait for it by Hyde Park :) )

Please - there's handly anything changed at all. Tempest in a teapot.
Blow it out your ass.

The only thing that really sticks out is Roger's
drum solo intro. "I don't wanna bore you because..."
has no reverb, then suddenly "I really hate drum solos!" sounds like he's in the stadium all by himself.
Not a smooth blend at all.
You just can't beat the reasonably priced mosquito repellant OFF.

Yeah I heard a few obvious dialogue cuts when listening through headphones, and I think I've recognized at least two music edits but I'd better be sure before naming them ;)
