I also had absolutely no idea who he was but there was a short notice about him in our national newspaper a few days ago so I read it to educate myself... they didn't praise him, they wrote he was VERY conservative (for death sentence, against abortion etc.). So his death doesn't sound like a big loss for the world or even for the US justice.

God, you're a retard. You think a young teenage girl who a) got raped b) had an accident (e.g. a condom tearing, it happens, you know. Well, then again, you wouldn't) should have the child anyway? Even if she's, say, 14?
I think that in the case of rape abortion should be allowed, however the problem with this is if we only allowed abortion for rape the courts would be filled up with false rape charges. I think abortion laws should be up to the states and not up to the federal government. I am personally pro-life and I do not approve of abortion, but there's nothing I can do about it. However I fail to see the logic in being against death in the cases of notorious murderers and for "choice" in the case of an unborn child.

I am extremely pro-death penalty. I believe that the penalty should be dealt out far more often than it has been. We need to "send them a message" to quote George Wallace (who I don't agree with but he WAS a victim of violent crime himself).
