Thanks for the re-upload, I lost 'my' version too.
Thank you Wiley for uploading it in the first place!
Was this on a 'regular' version of Made In Heaven or on a promo copy?
I seem to remember there was an alternate version of ' I Want It All' on one of the US cd's (don't know whether Capitol or Hollywood) that had a different chorus. Does anyone still has this version?

No, this was from an evidently very limited Mexican first pressing CD of the album which Wiley owns.

Loads of people have that. It was on all 1991 re-issues of "The Miracle", since QPL have Hollywood Records the wrong master for IWIA. The 2011 Hollywood Record issue finally corrected that.

Thank you for pointing that out. It shouldn't be too hard to find a Hollywood copy of 'The Miracle'. Mexican first press 'Made in Heaven' will be another story....

I Want It All (Hollywood Records Version) 4:33
Written by Queen
Appears on: The Miracle Hollywood Remaster (1991)
Appearing only on the 1991 Hollywood Records remaster of The Miracle. At 1:14 into the track, the chorus that repeats the lyrics "I Want It All" is missing completely. Additionally, there are added backing vocals in the track. The first chorus has no backing vocals, lead vocal has more obvious multitracking, less prominent synth, more rhythm guitar, and lead guitar. There is no first chorus repeat. How did this mistake happen? Quite simply when Hollywood Records was remastering the album, Queen Productions provided the incorrect album master tape to Hollywood Records. The I Want It All mix that appears on the Hollywood release was added to the album master on March 15, 1989.
Thank you for this.
I have spent the morning looking for my Hollywood Miracle CD and I think it was part of my 2011 sell off when the new issues came out. I even binned my rip of it.
Would anyone be able to mail me the erroneous I Want It All?

Thank you for this! The last copy I had of this was a really bad version from some website I obtained years ago on mp3. This definately is a huge upgrade. Many thanks :)

Thanks !!!
Many thanks for this, interesting what is different and the same from the final version. Mostly the opening seems different to me plus changes to the choral accompaniment. But also extra vocals from Roger, always a bonus.
I tried to reconstruct the torrent from the file I downloaded, but after a force re-check it says I have 99.2% of the torrent not 100%. Not quite sure what's going on there, maybe some padding. But my copy of the file plays, so if anyone gets to 99.2% on the torrent you might want to try playing it.

No need for the torrent, Inu kindly uploaded the track to mediafire, everyone should be able to get it from there ;)

Torrents work better for people with crappy slow and unreliable broadband, like me. Mediafire downloads have to complete in one go without errors, which for larger stuff is impossible (this one was small enough). Torrents just keep plugging away downloading data when they can. We don't all have fibre or cable broadband.

Well yeah, torrents are definately better for larger stuff, in this case, since the file is quite small, mediafire should do good ;)
