He plays a rhythm section during his drum solo on ROTC that is clearly the 'Let Me Entertain You' beat.

AH HA! I knew I thought I'd heard it elswhere... I know what you mean, he does a few tom rolls here and there and some loud kick-drumming, and then it drops off for a second and then he comes back in with the ride cymbal too - is that the bit you're talking about?
To me, it sounds like the "I've come here to sell you my body, show you some good merchandise..." part of Let Me Entertain You, if I'm not mistaken.

I thought that sounded familiar! Excellent Queenspotting, my friend!
I don't think too much on Mr Taylor's solo but am interested in hearing what people think of his overall drumming. . .
I compare it too Live Killers and Milton Keynes 82, and I can't help but feel there seems to be a certain lack of energy overall. . .

Tank you! I first noticed that on the Cologne show...
I think his overall drumming is excellent, just the songs are played a little too slow.

and what about the ending? The chord progression Brian plays near the end sound similar to bridge in Starfleet. You know, the part they also used to do in the end of One Vision on Magic Tour.
Is this also on the original version of Let There Be Drums or is this something Bri/Rog added to the song themselves?
