Pete Doherty is a fucking turd. The only reason anyone pays any attention to him at all, is because of his antics, and for shacking up with Kate Moss. He even screwed Elton John over at Live 8 when Elton John insisted to Bob Geldof that Doherty's dumb ass druggy days were over and that Elton wanted Doherty to duet with him. Then Doherty showed up stones and embarrased Elton.

Last few eeks the British press has had a field day with Pete attacking Razorlight's Jonny Borrell at the Carling Leads/Reading Festival and headbutting Borrell.

I remember once my girlfriend made me listen to a band called Oingo Boingo, and let me tell you this was one of the worst bands I've ever listened to. They were one of many synth oriented new wave pop band from the 80s. Their music (if you can call it that) is absolutely painful to listen to, and this comes from someone who actually loves 80s new wave pop.

After listening to their records you'd think those guys have no fuckin' talent whatsoever. Turns out to be the that main songwriter of Oingo Boingo ended up becoming one of the greatest musical geniuses of the past 20 years. After Oingo Boingo disbanned, the lead singer went to write musical scores and themes for very different TV series as well as major Hollywood films.

...and what was his name? Someone named Danny Elfman.
