Just felt like sharing :) It's a small Catholic liberal-arts college here in PA... it's really nice and it has a great campus.

Or just major in education as well. Anyway, I have never heard of a college to decide acceptance by October 10, nor have I heard of people who have applied by October 10. So nice job being original. Which college, may I ask?

Cabrini College. They actually sent me an application and told me to apply back in August (I think) but I had to wait to send in my transcripts from school.

But you are going to apply to other schools, though, correct? This isn't binding in any manner, I hope. I mean, nothing against Cabrini, but what are your GPA, class rank, and SATs/ACTs like?

Beware, o world, of another religious/right-winged nut with a degree in political sciences![/QUOTE]

Well, we need something to counteract all the left-winged nuts with poli sci degrees.

No, I'm going with Cabrini. I have a full scholarship and I really like the school. My GPA is 3.76, my class rank is 11 out of 294 and my SAT is 1160 (on the old ones - 460 math, 690 English).

Good; full scholarships are always a good choice, especially if you are considering graduate school. On another note, to iron eagle, I suppose "very good" is quite subjective.

You know, I'm going to be pretty blunt here: 460 + 690 = 1150. But that's still about 150 points above the national average. And I have to admit that 11 out of 294 is really good. It beats my 7 out of 175...well, technically.

RIM-SHOT!

No offence, but everyone saw that comment coming (about right-winger going to a place that has the words Catholic and Liberal in it..)

I personally misread the school as Catholic Libel... Gotta stop smoking crack before 7 AM.

Sorry, typeo :) I really hate my SAT score IMO. I was shooting for at least 1200.
