Im old enough to have witnessed first hand both the 'Works' & 'Magic' tours. From what I can remember Freddie was outstanding on both tours.
They were so relaxed and 'old hat' at touring by the time they did the 'Magic' tour that they just didnt need to try and gave they're heart and soul seemlessly without trying.
At theyre best they were unbelievable, but Freddie really shone on the 'Hot Space' 1982 tour.

Freddie sounded best between 1977 and 1980, I think. Raw and subtle at the same time.
I was watching Hammersmith Odeon 1975, and Freddie's voice especially during Bo Rap is bad...if you compare to something like Earls Court which Freddie sings very good...
Freddie's the most sweet in 1975-1978. Every tour is individual and peculiar.
...about Bohemian Rhapsody in Hammersmith Odeon '75 - it depends on so many things - from Freddie's mood til equipment's tuning.
I like Freddie's voice on the Milton Keyens Dvd and Queen Live at Wembley DVD.
i think that freddies best concert was wembly '86, he was truly awsome, he sang like never before, he made me feel the songs, not just hear them
Best 1973-1976. I mean, at that time Queen mostly concentrated on their performance, they played and sung everything so well.

From 1984-1986 he did not manage to hit the high notes, but there was a lot of power in his voice.

That no one has mentioned the 80-81 tours is incredible!!!
