I'd never have the guts to play Queen to one of my classes, as my school is a shit. Good on you for sticking up for the best band alive.

When they say how 50 Cent and Usher are better, you could explain to them how Queen used things like "chords": they actually played several notes AT THE SAME TIME! They also had an actual PERSON making the drums sounds, who could play more than ONE BEAT PER SECOND!
But honestly, in high school most people don't have much of a musical background, so you just sort of have to wait a few years. Unfortunately it's ignorant people who are usually the most vocal about things....

i suppose thats true. But im in high school and i know a few people who like "classic rock", i say "classic" because its not old "classic" as in "thats classicly awesome" if that even makes sense lol.
thats why i take my mp3 player, i listen to queen on that instead so i dont have to hear shite music

i think thats the problem for most of us...i am also very pissed off when people ignore queen and deny anything i say them..once we were talking about the lightings of old days..i told them about effects queen used at that time and they just said that at that time there only were three light-spots during shows:red yellow and green lights.. when anybody that doesnt know the fact and keep denying it talks to me i get completely pissed off..and that was one of many cases..but i am strong nad holding on for QUEEN

He said, "There was no meaning the singer was a f*g who was too busy getting f*cked by a guy with AIDS to make the song right."
So I told him he was pathetic.
He said, "I'm not the one wearing the Queer shirt."
I said, "No, you're the one who tries to prove his masculinity by insulting a dead man."
I can never tolerate those idiots. To many people I know are homophobes, and two of my closest friends are bi.
