I don't think it's Mary. Doesn't sound like her at all.
It's Jackie Gunn, president of the Queen Fan Club. I'd know that annoying voice anywhere.
Then you've got a strange imagination - she wasn't employed by Queen until about 1983.

If I'm not mistaken, she is saying something like 'oh, I've always wanted to be...' maybe somebody vomitous recorded at a queen aftershow party and put there on purpose...just to tell you that the price of fame is meeting people like that.
