I don't really know how rare this is. Probably not very, since you can buy it all over the internet. but I just wonder what it is, I don't have it, but I'm thinking of buying it, but I don't know what it is. I just thought since I want it all is on it, it can't be a concert-dvd. But I don't know. Can anyone help me?
Thanks

Oh, right... Thanks very much!!!!!!! Is it good??
No. But if you want to see a long teaser tape of what they have in Queen archive, but won't let you to see too - it's okay.

It's really not that bad a video to watch if you've recently gotten into Queen, and want to see little bits of how the band looked like in concerts... I didn't have any problems watching it occasionally in the nineties.
On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend paying more than £5 for it. :P

Never seen the point of Rare Live. Yes it's live but what's meant to be rare about it? With the exception of literally a couple of tunes, all the songs were widely performed by Queen and extremely popular live favourites. CLTCL, HTF, KQ etc etc. Plus there's some dodgy editing!
Biggest heap of poo I ever purchased. Well, on a par with ROTC maybe.... no actually I don't think I'll go there!!!! :-)

So it's not just ONE concert, but bits off different ones??

Besides, it's not even something QUEEN has done, it's something Queen Productions has done.[/QUOTE]
Oh, god, here we go again with the "stepford fans" again.
Let me spell it out to the so-called "stepfords": Queen is NOT perfect! We know it, and they definitely know it. Brian and Roger would be the first people to say that Queen is not the greatest band in the world, though they may act like it sometimes.
I admit, Queen made a few mistakes over time. A lot of people have problems with albums such as Hot Space, The Works, or even the Flash Gordon soundtrack (btw i saw the movie last week, it's not THAT bad)
But these "stepford fans" have to draw the line somewhere!
Think of it this way: if Brian May were to work with Britney Spears and...oh, he did that already.
Robbie Williams?...nope, did that too.
Okay, I can't think of anything, but I'm sure that Brian, Roger, Freddie, and John have done something that fans did not approve of. Come on, I've seen The Stepford Wives, and it was freakin' me out, so no more, "stepford fans". Own up, and realize that Queen is not the almighty, perfect, untouchable band you think it is. It's a damn good band, though, but they have made mistakes before; it's nothing new.

This video is a typical cut and paste job from DoRo - bits and pieces from already published shows (from different parts of the world) - continuity a major problem - set-list a complete bore - for Greatest Hits fans only
Nothing revealing, nothing new
Big disappointment

What is truly a shame is that Queen could make a great dvd with all the footage they have.If you think about it:there are lots and lots of shows that have been filmed.
I'm sure there's also some great footage we don't know the existence from.To see that released would be awesome!!
I prefer getting full shows first though and then they can release a box or something with all the rare stuff and with lots and lots of footage:-)
The idea of a rare live dvd is great but what they made was absolutely a disgrace!!
The led zeppelin Dvd:that's the way to do it(if you want to do such a thing)
