I know that song is as corny as it can get, but I kinda like it. I remember I was listening to it at work, and this co-worker of mine turned off all the lights and then he lit his zippo lighter. It was hilarious!

Good song, good band.
Soundgarden
What??? Chris Cornell is a great vocalist. They had some great songs -- "Black Hole Sun," "The Day I Tried To Live," "Blow Up The Outside World," "My Wave," "Fell On Black Days"....I'm not a big fan of grunge, but Soundgarden was the best of the Seattle bands, IMO.

i love grunge. ever hear of temple of the dog? amazing band, chris's first in honor of andy wood?
Yep, sure have. It's been probably 10 years since I've heard it but I remember "Hunger Strike," "All Night Thing," and "Say Hello 2 Heaven" off the top of my head. My 3 grunge-fanatic friends and I had a band when we were in high school and we used to play those 3 songs and a lot of the other grunge stuff -- Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, STP, Candlebox, Temple Of The Dog, Mother Love Bone, Nirvana.

I wasn't a big fan of it then 'cos I was more into classic rock but compared to most of the crap that's considered "rock" out now, I'll take grunge anyday...lol

quiet you! i like soundgarden!!!! lol

ted nugent ....some things i agree with some i dont.
LMAO!

Did you ever see I think it was VH1's Behind The Music on Ted Nugent? I may disagree with alot of his viewpoints, but damn the man knows how to articulate and stand up for what he er...believe in''..

I just have to laugh at how he eqautes...women to hunting. ''Kill it and grill it''.

When he was a big star in the 1970's, he fell for an underage groupie and actually convinced her parents to make HIM her legal guardian...and she went on the road with him. I love his stage act from back then, when he would wear ONLY a loin cloth, swing from a rope on stage, toss fake cave man boulders into the audience, and then use his cross bow to ''kill'' a fake stuffed deer on stage.

What a cartoon he is, but...entertaining in a bizarre way!

Some of the songs listed here are very good. It makes me wonder if some of you have actually LISTENED to them and dislike them based on their musical merit (or lack thereof)... Ah, Hell. What have I got to bitch about? It's not like any of my songs have been listed. ;)
"Elton John and I became really good friends. I don't mean 'good friends' in that sense. I just mean we slept together." -Billy Joel
Anything by Christopher Loss (cough) Cross!

Also anything by Michael (ruin one of my favorite bands The Doobie Brothers by replacing lead singer/writer/guitarist Tom Johnston) spit into the microphone and garble your words..McDonald!

Nonono, you don't understand, that is NOT why I have this gerbil!
Ted Nugent is a fuckin' lunatic. The man should be locked in a cell where he's barred from shooting anything & anyone... or sing any crappy music for that matter.
