What do you mean Queen with Queen has nothing to do with it. It is recorded by Queen Productions and as you can see in the credits the audio and Production was done by Justin-Shirley Smith and the Pro Tools by Kris Fredrikson. These are the same people who "did" On Fire.
There is no doubt this TV edit has overdubs, as Jeroen stated probably with sound from other shows. Last I played the audio bootleg and the DVD at the same time, then you can hear a lot of overdubs or corrections.

Don't know. Does it realy matter? As long as it is region-free, all DVD-players like playing NTSC just as much! :-)

It's region 2 Japan, but I have no idea if that means it can be played in the UK or not.
I know it's possible to hack the player and turn it into multiregion as I believe they all start out multiregion form the factory and are just programmed with the region code at the last min.
But whether NTSC region 2 can be played here like normal PAL I have no idea.
