I've heard a few songs by Rodgers, Taylor, and May, and I must admit I was impressed. He's no Freddie, sure, but that's like saying "Led Zeppelin is bad because Jimmy Page is no Eric Clapton!" Rodgers is a good singer and he's made the songs his own.
