Actually, "Teasin' Around" does appear as an unlisted track on some editions of Good Rockin' Tonight, but not all. As it was a Japanese-only release, details are a little inconsistent, depending on what article I read on what website.
However, if people were keen to try to reproduce the Heroes project, unless a sense of purity kicks in, you could add it.

Neither am I - honestly, but, one could cobble together a very decent 'Queen' Heroes album if they were to also include both the Roger Taylor covers and the Freddie 'Great Pretender' material.
