Now, speaking of (the few) U.S. Presidents who have actually done an effort to bring peace and justice to the world, I think Jimmy Carter deserves a honorable mention. Forget about the flaws of his administration. What can't be denied is that the man has done a far bigger effort to help human right causes and put an end to poverty worldwide than any other U.S. president.
The guy sure knows that all the millions that are being spent of fabricating weapons and spreading more hatred, could much better be spent helping the hundreds of millions whose lives hang by a thread.
