I'm going to echo everyone else and say WIWA. I'm listening to it right now, and it would've been fantastic to see a music video for it.

Its Like The Best Song On The AKOM ALbum
Umm...not the best song on "Magic" by a long shot! Try One Vision, Princes Of The Universe and Who Wants To Live Forever.
Anyway, it's hard to come up with just one single. How about one from each album that should have been?
Queen - Liar (I think would've done better than Keep Yourself Alive although both songs are good)
Queen II - I think Seven Seas Of Rhye is the only real single song on the album except for maybe White Queen
Sheer Heart Attack - Stone Cold Crazy definitely
A Night At The Opera - Was Love Of My Life a single? If not, it should've been
A Day At The Races - Teo Torriatte
News Of The World - It's Late or My Melancholy Blues
Jazz - Jealousy (I think this was a single in the US but nowhere else)
The Game - Need Your Lovin' Tonight. Perfect follow up to Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Flash Gordon - The Hero
Hot Space - Put Out The Fire
The Works - Keep Passing The Open Windows
A Kind Of Magic - Princes Of The Universe as a worldwide single not just US Single
