Haggis.. I can't quite get my head around pigs stomach filled with.. whatever it is it's filled with.. I don't want to think about it..
It's a sheeps stomach actually. filled with offal (heart and lungs mostly), oats and spices.

Lol one of those posts reminded me of this time when we went to a party hosted by our Filipino relatives, and my brother picked up this thing that looked like an egg roll but was really filled with fried bananas. So he COATED it in duck sauce and took a bite, he nearly gagged. I bet it would have been good had he eaten it the right way though. Lol and he said, what should I do with it and so I took it and put it on a vacant plate with this big bite in it next to a couple of spring rolls. A few minutes later this guy came and picked up the plate and yelled, "What the hell is this?!"
