Self Esteem

I love you Jess, but I disagree with you on this one.
I had very low self esteem.
It's gone higher to a healthier self esteem now.
It may be not normal or high, but its a lot better.
And I didn't take any medications.
I believe that if you really want high self esteem,
you can get better. All you need is a little boost.

Sometimes the people around me can be so mean. I've been called a lot of names. But it doesn't bother me at all. I have a strategy. I just think "What kind of person wastes their time insulting people for fun? The answer: A moron." Why would I care what a moron has to say.
Also when something bad happens and I feel horrible I have a five-step-method:

1. take a shower
2. have vanilla ice cream
3. listen to Seaside Rendevous and Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon
4. watch a Johnny Depp movie
5. talk to someone, even if its just my dog, I feel better after I tell someone
