I just wonder, I'm not a musician (well, only a beginner) my self, but which Queen-song is the most difficult to play? One song/instrument, so.... Which song on drums? Guitar? Bass?

i play guitar and bass so i cant give an opinion on the drums
bass - the millionaire waltz; quite a difficult piece to play without making mistakes and very fast.

Guitar - for me, of the songs i have played on guitar i'd say bohemian rhapsody with its hard runs at the end or Killer queen has some very tricky parts in it.
Go, Go, Go, little queenie!!
I play guitar and I've found Stone Cold Crazy difficult to nail. I used to think Hammer To Fall was quite hard but I'd only been playing a month at that stage. It's quite easy once you get used to it.
For guitar most of the solos in the The Miracle album are hard.
Hmm, well I find some songs like Nevermore difficult to learn to play by ear... :S It just doesn't sound like Freddie's piano playing.

The fast piano part on Love of My Life seems har. I've never attempted playing it.

No Queen music has a particularly hard piano part, in my opinion.
I thouhgt Bo Rap is hard to play on Piano i'm still learning it though
No Queen songs are that hard on drums. SHA is a bit of a challenge with its speed but its not really a problem.
Well here's my counter-offer... do I have to kill you? What if I were just to kick the ever loving shit out of you?
The middle part of BoRhap is hell on piano. The version I have has 6 note chords in one hand. And they change every beat.
I've been a drummer for over 20 years, and no most of RT's stuff is pretty cut and dry, with a few exceptions here and there. On guitar (yes I play that too), rhythmically alot of the stuff isn't challenging, but good luck on the leads...as you ARE trying to get that Brian May sound out on your guitar. Lots of patience...if you can, pick up the Classic Queen tab book if you can find a music store that still carries the damn thing!! That's a good place to start...
Ain't Much I'm Asking...If You Want the Truth...
No, throw the tab books out the window. Do it by ear, and by feel.
