They weren't played because they weren't rehearsed.
As to why they weren't rehearsed - I don't know.

Too much love will kill you was played at the 46664 gig with Katie Melua but thats the only time it was played

As somebody else pointed out, Too Much Love Will Kill You was played at the 46664 concert recently. No One But You was played by Brian and Roger in Freddie's tribute in 2001 but they didn't play it in the 2005 and 2006 tours. Maybe because there were too many Freddie tributes already in the setlist with BoRhap, LOML and TATDOOL.

The other tracks you mention had no chance to be played in a million years, sorry.

Too many Freddie tributes? WTF are you talking about?

I mean Freddie "tributes" as in references to him or dedications to him in the Queen and Paul Rodgers tour. Love Of My Life is dedicated to him by Brian and the audience sings it, big moment. These are the days of our lives has Freddie and the band's footage and it's pretty nostalgic. Freddie sings a part of Bohemian Rhapsody from a video screen and the band play along with him, Paul makes a bow to him and leaves the stage when Freddie appears on the screen. Roger sang Say it's not true, a song about AIDS, which relates to Freddie in a way and the audience shouts "Ready Freddie" on Crazy Little Thing Called Love. I think Freddie is very present in the show and in people's consciousness. If they had played No one but you aswell then it would have been a bit repetitive and even more of a nostalgia act than it already is.

There are many other better Queen songs that could have been included. Many people expected them to play NOBY and/or Sleeping on the sidewalk, because Brian and Roger had played them recently on WWRY inauguration parties, but they didn't play them. I don't think the track was particulary missed from the show. Now, It's Late or Now I'm Here, those HAD to be there... :S

queen could've had rolling setlist, they have just too many great and well known songs what allmost anyone knows... but nope, they sang like allmost every show same songs... don't get me wrong i'm happy that they toured again but c'mon with that many great perfect songs they choose like only how many?? they sang like 40 songs (diferrent) on last two tours but they could've played like 100 diferrent, i'm just thinking don't they get boored by the same setlist every night?

Queen has never had a rolling setlist.

I don't think they were approriate--enough of the depressing songs---get on with life.

Maybe bri or rog did not want to stir up emotions inside--maybe they felt that they are best left with Fred (except. TMLWKY)

I am glad they did the songs that they did and not depress us too much. I am all for the positive, the love, etc.
