are you 100% sure it is Dwight Yoakam? He doesn't sound anything like Elvis! I didn't even listen to the uploaded track, but D.Y doesn't sound like Elvis. For those who don't know who Dwight is, he is a Country singer. I am suprised you all didn't know that Elvis came back from the crave 2 years later to help Freddie write this song! Freddie was sitting on Elvis's lap in the bathtub in Germany, that's how he got AIDS too! You all need to do your research! lol ;)

This is defenetely the Dwight Yoakam version which was officially released as part of the Levi Jeans Ad campain a few years ago.

I never heard of Dwight Yoakam before but after watching and hearing that I just got one thing to say....Embarrassing!

Anyway,this song was a number 1 hit in the United States in 1980, it is really well known there, don't you think that the lawyers and relatives of Elvis would find out it's his song, and sue Queen for royalties?

Obviously this great song was written by Freddie.

He may not sound like Elvis to you, but he HAS recorded CLTCL, so it's far more likely to be him than a guy who died two years before the song was written.

Maybe you should read what i wrote entirely. I made the statement about Yoakam because someone said he sounded like Elvis. I didn't listen to the sound uploaded, and my comments were simply sarcasm. And i know he recorded CLTCL.

Right, and Man On The Prowl was Elvis's B-side to Crazy Little Thing. Isn't it surprising that Elvis' camp didn't notice this copyright infringement while the song was a number one hit? Boy if they had, it would have been lawsuit time.
