OK, I'll make it real simple for people.
FOR ALL ILLEGAL, COPYRIGHTED MP3s, USE THESE TWO PAGES SO QUEENZONE DOESN'T GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY.

I see what you are saying. Still seems a tad harsh that QZ could stand a risk of being shut down from a link or two to You Tube, though. Links to actual downloads are way worse, imo.
Either way, I think people should just BUY the damn videos! ;-)
There's a big thread at queenonline (you know, Queen's official site) that features nothing but youtube links to Queen clips online. I don't see any problem relating to it since their own web site clearly is condoning it by allowing it to exist.

Can't argue that point too much.
But, out of curiosity, do what Stefan has done and post links to Queen's official promo videos, such as AKOM. I'd be interested to see what QOL does when that's posted.
As for the original question -
Making the issue black or white keeps QZ safe (in theory). If you bend it a little (Soul Brother), then someone argues that Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know was never released in the US, or that Super Live is only available in Japan. Then we start to justify away everything.
Next thing we know, someone's sharing Hot Space under the belief that no one should be forced to pay for that.

HAHAHAHHAHAHA.....ROFL.
I feel sorry for the lossless Queen site.
No one is prepared to up a lossless show because they know that it will get fucked & put on here as mp3.
You could be right there PieterMC

If you can't go to the store and buy it new, look on e-bay, go to a record show, or visit garage sales.
I refuse to give my money to anyone except the band for their product. Purchasing a second hand CD is no different than downloading it. In fact, it's better to download it than give some record trader a larger amount of money than what the CD originally cost because they will claim its rare. I fail to see the difference between second hand sales and downloading. Queen aren't getting their money from the guy at the garage sale or some nobody from ebay.
