Why is that? Working in a hotel has taught me a lot about people, working, etc. Its just the guest service (aka kissing ass) part that gets on my nerves, thats the only thing...lol

When I would say that there was nothing wrong with it, they would quote the infamous 'The customer is always right' phrase - to which I would point to my Advanced Cellar Management Certificate hanging behind the bar and respond 'That says you are talking bollocks'.
Whoever invented the pharse 'The customer is always right' was a twat and certainly didn't apply when I was working!
