Hi, I'm sure this question has been asked before but since I was just watching the Freddie Mercury Tribute concert, I was curious to know which song does Robert Plant sing just before "Crazy little thing called love"? Led Zepp song?
Oh yes we'll keep on tryin'
A smattering of "Thank You", a Zepp song.
You don't have to be bigger. Just louder.
Thanks!
Oh yes we'll keep on tryin'
and lucky for him the dubbed the hell out of it for the official release.

It was kashmir, in the opening before crazy little thing called love.
Me no get it. If they dubbed the hell out of CLTCL and released it, why didn't they just dub the hell out of Innuendo and release that too?
don't you mean "Cwazy Little Thing Called Love"?

No! It was definately Thank You just before CLTCL, as someone mentioned earlier. Mr. Plant sang a line or two from Kashmir during the acoustic middle section of Innuendo, though.
Oh, father of the four winds, fill my sails
Across the sea of years
With no provision but an open face
To flaunt the straits of fear

My Shangri-La beneath the summer moon
I will return again
Sure as the dust that blows high in June
When moving through Kashmir

Through our sorrow
All through our splendour
Don't take offence at my
Innuendo...
...take offence at my inuuendo...
...innuendo...
I'm as mad as HELL, and I'm not going to take this anymore!
The back of the VHS said Kashmir was the intro to CLTCL. I'd love to know who was in charge of that one...

That would be a great transition:

*moody keyboards and Indian orchestra playing Kashmir*

"Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace, like thoughts inside a dream
Heed the path that led me to that place, yellow desert stream
My shangri-la beneath the summer moon, I will return again
Sure as the dust that floats high and true, when movin through Kashmir..."

"AH THIS THING, AH CALLED LOVE, I JUST, AH CAN'T HAAAANDLE IT...."
Robert sucks live anyway. Although I have watched a DVD seeing him play with Jimmy Page somewhere in Asia and Africa I believe. That was really nice. Also other 'artists' were playing with them and they were playing some really weird musical instruments. But anyway, a nice DVD!

Most probably in Marrakesh, parts of kinda public jam session were shown on MTV, when they played on MTV Unplugged to promote their "No Quarter" CD...
