This is a terribly complicated case, the facts seem buried in legal loop holes and red tape.

I have some sympathy for him, but only to a certain point. Yes, he's had it tough with his dad, but he's still wallowing in it. He needs to realize that half of the problems he's got he's brought on himself. You don't come out and confess to being almost 50 and sleeping with several little boys like it's normal and then expect that you won't get any flack about it....it's impossible for someone to be that naive.

It is VERY easy to lead someone (anyone - you, me, but ESPECIALLY a little kid) into a false memory, even without trying (i.e. telling a kid he was raped by Michael Jackson).
