Well, I suppose I've got poor taste. Or, at least, slightly askew taste.

This is the thread for people who like those Queen albums that would indicate a poor taste like, The Works, The Miracle, Hot Space... et cetera.

So, declare here your poor taste. We'll be tasteless together.

In my tastelessness, I really enjoy The Miracle and especially "Scandal" and I love "Was it All Worth it". Even if the direct question in the title of the second doesn't appear to include correct punctuation.

I also like their "gimmicky" songs like "Man on the Prowl" and "Seaside Rendezvous".

I have no taste and I like it as it allows me to listen to Queen II and then switch to The Works and still be happy as an adorable little clam.
You may have just summed up what Queen is all about. I enjoy The Prophet's Song immensly right after sitting through Pain is So Close To Pleasure (possibly the only Queen song that makes me cringe).

Queen were never afraid to get it all wrong, and if they did they did it royally.
Some may argue they have continued that tradition with Paul Rodgers, but I'm not one of them.
Ok, I have to tell you I love the song A Kind Of Magic, I think it's just classic and contrary to popular opinion I don't think it's cheesy at all!! :D:D
well...i love "pain is so close to pleasure," so i guess i've got poor taste. i like the "when your plans go wrong" part...maybe that's just me:)
basically the 80s in general were a totally tasteless decade. but if something makes you happy, then who's got the right to tell you you're wrong? and anyway, if you appreciate more music, you'll get the last laugh, because you'll be happier and less stressed and live longer XD
If loving The Miracle is wrong....... I don't want to be right. XD

Hot Space and Innuendo are freakin' awesome
But Innuendo is a very good, classy, refined taste. Not bad taste. ;)

Look, this is the place for NOT HAVING taste.

If you've got taste, that is wonderful, but this is a support group for people who lost their musical "taste buds" at a very young age.

...

My mom doesn't really like Jazz, but she likes The Miracle and Sheer Heart Attack. See, that's where I get the lack of taste from. Only, I do like Jazz. But that's not important right now, what is important is that daffodils are hermaphrodites.
