im not made fun of for being a fan, but when i mention it people usually say "queen is stupid, queen is gay" for me its worse that they are making fun of Queen itself rather than me! kids these days dont appreciate good music. they are only interested in hip hop and music that has atleast 30 curses and calls girls whores. if they think queen is stupid they should start their own frikken band and try to be as successful and popular as Queen was! ha!

Yes, especialy when anyone catches a pic of Freddie's threads from 70's concerts. It's always some sort of shot at my masculinity for idolizing Freddie. It bothered me at first, because it was the early 90's and I was still a teenager. Then I grew up and ignored it. Now when my brother or friends throw that shit out, it bothers me, but only because of how scary it is that such stupidity still lingers in their thoughts.

for one thing; queen is not a very "cool" name for a rock band and second, their lead singer was bi-sexual. which really means he was addicted to sex.
led zeppelin sounds cool, black sabbath sounds cool, deep purple sounds cool. not queen.
