Dont want people to see my body at my funeral, want people to remember me being alive and happy!


I saw my cousins body at his funeral recently, and it made me very sad :(

For those with a fear of being 'buried alive', don't worry. You only stay conscious for something like 40 minutes before running out of air.

I honestly don't know what I'd prefer... I used to care about my burial, and I used to think there was an afterlife, but I've had such a cynical year, basically I just think 'fuck it', when it comes to death. I've got a life to think about, eh!

I'm going to make it very clear to those who run my funeral; don't bother showing people my body unless I'm going to look alive. I don't want to be seen if I'm... corpse-like.

I'd rather be burned because I don't like the idea of rotting in the ground, that and I may be afraid of fire at the moment, but I like the idea of being burned then being thrown over the land and going to the elements....

Was there another one in there somewhere?

In hink I would perfer to be cremated, and then burried.. I dont fancy the thought of some disgusting bugs eating my rottening corpse :S

I don't want to be buried, rotting away isn't a nice thought.

Doesn't really bother me either way, no matter what I'll go onto my afterlife. But I think that I'd like to be cremated maybe, and force my relatives to keep my ashes in their house on display so i'm never forgotten, haha. I sooo don't wanna be forgotten.

Cremation. Your body will eventually turn into ashes; I'll give Mother Nature a jump start.

I'm claustrophobic. I don't want to be buried. >< Just the thought makes me take deep breaths.
But then again, I don't like being in extreme heat either. Even if I'm a stiff.
I think I'd like to be left out in the fresh air…
Or be put in a compost bin and turned into soil….
