Queen: Complete Works (Book)

I think that after all these rumours about the book being written by Zeni, Lester decided to change the content of his book and that caused the delay.

The "new" edition will have 1000 page and on every page there will be written "PROPERTY OF GEORG PURVIS PRODUCTION".

There are rumours about an audio book coming soon.

It's not a matter of "if" now, I believe it's still at the printer's... it's only a matter of "when". The cover is now up on both US and UK amazons, so that's a good indicator that it's getting nearer to publication.

I had an email from Amazon today, telling me that they expect a delay of 4-6 weeks.

Which is the same email they sent me on Nov 28, although the site still claims it was published Nov 26.

It amazes me how little info comes from publishers compared to record companies. Record companies WANT you to know when their products are out...publishers don't even seem to have websites.

It's frustrating, I know, but even more frustrating for me because I wanted to have this out by Christmas, which was what I was told would be the case. I've emailed the company to see what the story is, but haven't really heard any updates in a while. All I can guess is that it'll be out... soon.

Yeach - looks like bookcompany's are exactly the same as recordcompany's... how utterly frustrating for the writer/artist themselves.
