I do not know about the lineage. I suppose it was recorded and at some point transferred to CD from where it was copied to other CDs and finally encoded to FLAC using Flac Frontend level 8.

I love this line.
Thanks for the concert too.

In reply to Penetration Guru's comment of: "What does he have against torrents, and why does he feel that rapidshare is appropriate? There comes a time when people need to be challenged to defend their position."
I personally hate torrents because it takes days to download stuff - I'm on DSL and generally manage no more than about 4kb downloads via torrent. Rapidshare is much better because I can get stuff when I want it and it's quicker.
Oh, and yes I do PAY for a premium account because it's worth it.
Finally, when replying, how DO people quote someone elses postings in those shaded boxes?

4kb/s is not much for DSL. For the seeder BitTorrent is more convenient because you only upload the small torrent file and share from the hard drive. I hope the tracker is repaired soon, so Linux and Mac users can use it again.
There is a small "reply with quote" button on top of each message, David :) Next to the "edit" and "reply" buttons.

I hope too. :)
Thank you for this torrent even if I have to wait to download it.

Thanks, YV, for cheering up the Mac users!
With my 2 MBit DSL line I usually have download speeds from 5 to 150 kB/s, depending on the seeders. That's not as fast as a file server, of course, but I just have to drag the torrent file into my Azureus window and can leave it alone for hours or even days. No returning every hour to start the next partial rapidshare download and having to mend it all together again.
I like torrents much more than file servers!

Freddielives misunderstood what was being discussed. Now so have you.
Rapidshare would be just as slow as a torrent, as both are dependent on your speed of connection, but that still doesn't address the question
"what does your Dad have agianst torrents that he doesn't have against Rapidshare?"
It can't be content and it can't be speed. It can't be security as there is no security issue. So what is it?

That's most likely because you're behind a firewall. Firewalls can slow down your uploading and/or downloading speed. Here are some websites that can help you out:
