Mad, bad and dangerous to know

I just bought the Cross album Mad, Bad and dangerous to know (finally!) and think it is OK. Not great, but OK. Never heard Old man lay down before. I think it is one of the better songs on the album! But the very best thing about the album is its cover, looks fantastic!
What's your opinion on this album?

I agree, much better than Mad, Bad and Dangerous. I would rank the The Cross albums as following:
1. blue Rock
2. Mad, bad and dangerous
3. Shove it
But again, the sleeve of MBADTK is so wonderful! Better than any other sleeve, including those of Queenalbums.

The Cross was a Great Band its a shame that they made only 3 albums!

MBADTK is a great rock record. Though it was great when it came out, listening to it nowadays it sounds a bit outdated.

'Typical'? Hmm... dunno - but Life Changes and Hand of Fools are sure among the best tracks Roger EVER recorded outside Queen.

Blue Rock is a great album, such a shame you can't find it in any ordinary music store....
I only got a bootleg of Blue Rock where it is put on one CD together with Mad, Bad and dangerous...

As someone once pointed out to me, Blue Rock also had relatively less Roger songwriting input!
