To pop means has he had a go at you or been a horrible get or slag you off?? I'm sure there are many more out there. This all started over me asking for something and mr or mrs guru had to stick his nose in, instead of just saying yes or no, I got a lecture and a load of rubbish about something boring ive already forgotten.
He's never had a pop at me but if he did I'd be honoured!!! Chances are if P_G has had a pop at you, you deserved it or your ego needed some serious deflating. Probably both. I've been enjoying his posts for four years now.
