That's how he got his name...
P_G's cool actually...I don't see what the big deal is.
*Pop*

xD
I have learned to not read anything PG has written. I am so B - O - R - E - D with aggressive behavior. As far as "lazy" Queenzoners not using the search button, on this forum unless you know the actual subject/title words, you get nothing. Perhaps I am doing it wrong. ???
Yes, it was a worthwhile experience.

That still does not negate sites like 'Google', 'Wikipedia', 'Queenonline' or the myriad of other internet resources.

If one can not find information like:

http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=939094

"There's a song by Freddie with the following lines in it:

New York,
you're gaining on me
New York,
you're just that one step far away
But I'm here to stay
You can't catch me
New York

What's the name of that song...", with the internet at their fingertips, then there really is no hope for the future of the human race.

Being stupid is neither cute nor appealing, and to claim justification in the shape of ‘I am a newbie, this is only my third posting’, or ‘the search button is not working correctly, are simply the unoriginal excuses of the lazy and simple minded.
"Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make."
Nope
Well, John Stuart, I must disagree with you then...

What's the point of having your Ultimate Collections threads? That information is clearly available at locations other than where you have compiled it.
Most people like the way you present it, so they look here. Is it "lazy" for me to do the same?

Some of us may not know the exact details of every Queen song. Are we not allowed the liberty of asking what others may perceive as a "stupid question"? I urge you to think of it as a Trivia Contest. First person to answer correctly is a Queen Genius, and after several correct answers should be given a sceptor or something.

I agree with this comment, however, I don't totally disagree with John S. Stuart's comment. I see nothing wrong with somebody asking something that has been asked before.

As fellow fans, we should be able to tolerate someone's question, even if it has been asked a million times before. It doesn't hurt to answer a question that you know.
whatever happened to sarcasm.

Look P_G has been here for a long time and like many others he sees the same questions asked, the same spamming, the same requests, the same announces.

Because of the lack of research by many topic starters I can understand it gets a bit frustrated for people that have been here a long time to have to witness all the crap happening over and over again.

P_G is one of the only people here to use a sort of sarcasm to make people notice to look better for something, but he just gets misunderstood by the ignorant who thinks he is abusive.

Paradoxically, I agree with you, but, there is a big difference between convenience and lazy. Also, I do not believe that you can find all my information from internet only sources - so I do not think that your argument holds much water - but I digress.

I am not here to argue with you, nor do I want people to feel afraid when asking genuine questions. In fact, questions and answers are a good time honoured method of learning, so it would be rather silly of me to stand against this.

Paradoxically, I also agree with this sentiment too.

However, if the questioner can not distinguish for themselves between stupid questions like 'was Freddie the mailman or the letterbox', or 'There's a song by Freddie... New York... New York... What's the name of that song...', then quite frankly, I do not think they deserve a legitimate answer. (Of course, you are free to disagree with me - but I think we will have to agree to disagree on this one).

As Confucious say: 'A wise man will learn much from a foolish question. A foolish man will learn nothing from a wise answer'.

id like to think PG likes me.
why pay the visit when the visit is free? "this shitty guitar wont play what i want! it only knows three chords!"
