Favourite syllable sung by Freddie?

It seems that some people here don't know what "syllable" means.

I was just thinking the same thing...

does it really mater, i mean we are all getting allong.... expressing are interests... and just going were ever the flow go's.... is there a problem with that?

I love in the proffet's song, how Freddie does that aw, children of the land. That part is just so clear and powerful. Can't explain it. May think I'm strange.

Not yet, it's still at the printer's, should be out sometime this month (I hope...).

I love the second "..ROLL the dice..." in The Fallen Priest from Barcelona, it's kind of growly and menacing..grrr.

i've loads but one of my favourite is - i cant live with you where the rest of the band sings near the end, then freddies voice comes in with the word 'yeah' and proceeds on...

or in the song - just you and i, the very last line where he sing the 'I' beautifully

and finally in sail away sweet sister, where brian is singing, then freddie comes in...the whole lot of it


I always replay bit of freddies voice - i dont do it with any other singer, shows that he really captured a lot of peoples minds with the power and beauty of his voice

Yep una999 I love that "yeah" in I Can't Live With You. It may even be phasing with the instruments I think. And the Sail Away Sweet Sister Freddie bit is possibly my very favourite lyric, though I had no idea what he was singing till I looked it up!

But in You and I my favourite bit is the "da doo da doo da doo da doo doo" sung by the backing choir at 1:16. For some reason I associate it with a fond memory I have and it takes me there heh.

From Made in Heaven: "say," in "That's what they say." (Half-spoken, half-sung. Love it. Just something about it...) I actually do rewind that and listen to it several times.

Also from Made in Heaven: The "Yeah" melisma before the bridge, and the LAST NOTE of the "be -yeah" before the final "written in the stars."

There are more. I'll think on it.

ETA: From The Golden Boy: The first syllable of the third word quoted here: "He didn't hesitate..."

and most of IGSM. - Hmmm. I'll change to every single slyllable. Separately.

Now, I realize I haven't finalized it to just one syllable. Heeeee.

Agreed. There are so many moments like that. I remembered another one, simply the delivery of the word 'Mochamut' (excuse spelling) in Mustapha-love it!
