I dont know whether your claims are true or not, but even if they were true, having 3 women at your beck and call doesn't make you a true man.

I think there's always a way to suggest things nicely rather than potentially having the other party take it as a personal attack.
For example, I could say either:
I think a certain former bunny admirer has appeared slightly cranky in this thread actually.
