    I cant say i am the greatest queen fan ever as i have only liked them for a year, if that. but ever since my dad introduced me to their music i have been addicted. everyone in queen is fantastic they are all so talented and i think are one of the greatest bands of all time. i was really sad to hear about what happened to freddie mercury it still makes me sad to think about it - i wish he was still with us now - he was and always will be a legend. i miss him a lot and although he died in the year i was born i care and wish he was with us now. rest in peace freddie x x x

    Freddie Murcury was increible. i can agree with everyone here by saying he is an idol to most of us and it s just a shame he cannot be here to know it. yet the thing is queen was incredbible as all 4 members were mind blowing musicians. i wish i could have met him. he was openly gay and brave about it. he did not hide it but would express it. his costumes were incredible and everyone loved them (mad as they were) i can only wonder what other songs he could have created if he was alive that bit longer.

    I have read all these other tributes that have been posted on this website and still can't come to terms with what a legend Freddie Mercury was. I am only 17 but he has such a major influence on me and my life. I can only imagine what more musical genius could have been created if it had not been for AIDS? I have only been a Queen fan for 2 years and was previously oblivious to the amazing catalogue of songs which Queen had wrote, sung and performed. The way in which Freddie sings each song with such raw, powerful emotion gives me a dedication to now prove myself to the music industry. I have 2 live DVD's of Queen and could only have wished to have been in the crowd at they historic musical moments. Music can inspire, guide and educate people into certain walks of life, and Freddie, Brian, Roger and John have certainly helped me to find my inner strength. Who Wants To Live Forever?

    The World would be a better place if freddie was still alive and i beleive the music world would be diffrent too if he were still alive. Thank you for the music that gives a true meaning to the genre rock.
