  1. Unknown venue/ Germany 1974

Musicland, are you sure about the 'S' in the name of the city? Maybe it was not Singen, but Bingen. Also not a very big city, but Wiki says it is in Landkreis Bingen-Mainz. A gig in or near Mainz suits better in a lis...

  2. Uncharted Territory Forerunners

Sebastian, I feel a bit honoured that my unstructured thoughts in '... stats about ...concerts' led to a new topic. : -)

  3. lullaby from a friend

Happy easter, Lpix. I just watched and I like it very much. It is lovely and sweet, if little children have difficulties to fall asleep. I would not listen to it to relax, but I would recommend to my my friends, who a...

  4. Some stats about their concerts

Thanks, musicland ("bit of variation" is charming, :-)). I didn't know about the AMIGA-label. I thought, Queen was as unwelcome to the authorities in GDR as lots of other rock bands from the western hemisphere too.

  5. Some stats about their concerts

Sebastian , thanks a lot for the stats. I knew Germany was one of the biggest markets for Queen, but I never realised they were this popular. How many gigs would have been in Germany if it was possible in the eastern...

  6. Roger Taylor was a womanizer man?

  7. Sacha Baron Cohen rejoins troubled Freddie Mercury biopic

I am glad about the denial. I don' t like the idea of a Freddie Mercury biopic either. The script would be a product of fantasy written by some hollywood authors for commercial reasons and Sasha Baron Cohen or any oth...

  8. Who's autobiography would you rather read? Brian's, Roger's or John's?

I would like to read John's bio. He was sometimes judged as boring, but to my opinion he was just introverted. He experienced as much as the others and it would be interesting to hear some of the well known stories fr...

OF COURSE IT IS THE MACHINE OF MY DREAMS!! Looool

  10. Wounded QZer!

:-)) That is a great way to handle the problem. Men with good shaped upper bodies are always a pleasure to look at ... Trust me, I am an expert due to my long experience ..... You think the broken ankle, the crutches...

  11. What car do you drive / own?

I have a two years old black Citroen C1. It is small, but I am also in love with my car.

  12. Wounded QZer!

Two more weeks on crutches could be frustrating. Best wishes from Germany, get well soon.

  13. My "Let Me In Your Heart Again" version..

Wow! You are an amazing singer, Pasquale. I enjoyed it very much.

  14. Changes in Queen-Fandom over the years

@ hobbit-in-RhyeThank you for welcoming me. I feel already familiar and am absolutely convinced now that is was the right decision to come here and not waste time on other sides where some ladies still dive "in the de...

  15. Queen Forever box set - UK ripped off AGAIN

I think that taxes are the reason for the difference. Even in the countries of the EU prices vary due to the national value-added-taxes.

  16. Changes in Queen-Fandom over the years

@ Chief Mouse, thank you for welcoming me. I' ll be aware of the ones Sebastian described. To my impression you are one of the most active members. May I ask you to give a hint if I fall in a trap without noticing it...

Thank you for the welcome and for the recommondation of the 'sharing the music' section. I agree that it is not useful to be sad that good times passed by. I am also glad that situations, events, my own behaviour etc....
