TRUE! But if they are making movie, they should take someone who really can take that role, I don't like idea of Sacha and Johnny...But if I need to chose one of them-Johnny. With moustache and make up, he would look more like Freddie than Sacha....But as I said, I don't like idea of Sacha and Johnny. . .
This is my concern, as well. While I find the idea of a biopic about Freddie exciting, I simply cannot imagine who could possibly capture Freddie's character adequately. Such an unlikely combination of power and delicacy, rock star charisma and, well...geekiness(I mean this in the best possible way), genius and simplicity.

Yes he was really private pearson, and I don't like the idea that actor must sing for the role because no-one can sing like Freddie. If they chose someone, they should put playback in singing scens......
The advantage of having a famous actor playing Freddie is that a lot of people who ignore Queen´s music (but are, for example, Johnny Depp fans) would get into the Queen world...!

I read in an interview (between the director of the upcoming movie and some other guy) that for the segments of the movie where singing is required the actor will NOT be singing. Instead there will be the original vocals from the real Freddie Mercury. I believe you can find the link to the interview in the news section of this website.

I think that it should be someone unknown who looks like Freddie, as I said before. I'm exciting about that movie, but at the same time angry because I know Freddie wouldn't like it.... And I bet when I see the all thing, I will be much more angry because they will do all rong, no one can do role of Freddie :(
Have faith, Killer Queen. Personally, I don't believe Freddie Mercury would be dissapointed or even disturbed that there would be a movie about him. It's probable that he would have been quite flattered. I mean, yes, he was a private man, but it's not like the movie is going to flash about home videos of him in a bubble bath.
But you know that Freddie's treasure was his PRIVACY, in this movie, a lot of things will come out, maybe some that are not true.
