Don't look at it as the 'easy' option, because with most unwanted pregnancies there isn't an easy option. It not a case of finding out you're pregnant and going "Oh, I'm not sure I want this baby, I know! I'll have an abortion!"
I don't agree with teenage pregnancy and in most cases people could be more careful, but it happens, and not all people feel abortion is right for them. Period.

My cousin had an abortion at 19 because she didn't feel ready to raise a baby. She's 27 now and to this day she still has feelings of regret and many times she wonders what would her life be if she decided to keep the baby. Financially and mentally she was not ready, and I constantly remind her of that.

There is no "always" in a situation like this.
To a woman who simply does not want to be pregnant - and yes, for some it IS that simple - an abortion is the only logical option. For that woman, what will affect her emotionally is carrying it to term. That's not to say that I feel this girl should have an abortion. What I feel is that it's for no one to decide but her. No one should make assumptions or choices for someone else in this regard. What a pregnant woman decides to do with that pregnancy is nobody's business but hers and her doctor's.
She has the right to make her own decision about her body and her future. She has the right to regret that decision, rejoice in it or simply move on with her life.
