You guys should have seen my face when I heard those 30 second clips from iTunes. I was about to cry thinking that this was going to be Muse's 'Hot Space', and the only shit song is 'Undisclosed Desires'. Listening to the songs in full truly made me appreciate the whole body of work.

That's pretty harsh! :D One of the songs i adored immediately when i heard the 30 sec clips was Undisclosed Desires and it's still one of my faves. Overall the album is  pretty awesome and miles better than Black Holes.
Especially the symphony is very interesting.

Matt said in an interview that he wanted that when you're listening to the album, you get the effect of flipping through your iPod. A randomized trip through the last 30 years in music and i think they succeeded.

MK ULTRA and Unnatural Selection are classic Muse.

Uprising is the 80's squished into one song.

Undisclosed Desires is Muse's unofficial lovechild with Timbaland.

Maybe I'm being sort of biased with 'Undisclosed Desires' but that's because I despise Timbaland and all that hip hop oriented Top 40 crap. It might grow on me, though.

Who saw the VMA's performance???? I fucking hate Viacom, I tried to see it but they blocked the VMA's for Europe and aside that they restricted all the videos on You Tube -.-'

Everybody is pissed off at MTV.
First they let Kanye jump on stage and ruin Taylor Swift's moment.

Now Muse fans are furious because about half of those who made it to Broadway after being told that they won tickets, were told that they couldn't come in because the event was overbooked. Some came from as far as Toronto.

I don't know about you guys but the second and third part of Exogenesis nearly brought me to tears.
I think this is the most touching Muse song since 'Endlessly'.

I'm loving this album more and more as I listen to it.

This is at least as good as Black Holes, if not better.

Can't wait to hear what they do next.  Muse are among the very few bands from the last 30 years who have grown so much from one record to the next, while consistently creating new sounds and fully maintaining their musical values and integrity.

I watched the italian video, and all I have to say is that I love the new singer xD

I'm going to see Muse tomorrow when they open for U2 at Giants Stadium.

I'm leaving early, but I'm still scared that I might hit a shit load of traffic.
In New York, especially when you are crossing the bridges, it's never sure when you'll get there.
