Ok My 2cents is, alright song, have to listen more hopfully it'll grow on me. Chorus was poor but i did like Rogers vocals, lyrics wise my hubby thought it was a bit like a 5 year old trying to rhyme, Nothing clever, subject matter naff. Dont think it will chart well if they realise it as a single. Loved Bri's playing, great standard of rock and if there's more of the same on the album it will be worth it. Personally i like Pauls voice but the lyrics were again just too naff.

I think we're all forgetting that poetry set to music doesn't automatically equal a #1 hit single. Some of you are giving the average singles buyer too much credit! Let's take a look at some of the lyrics in the current UK charts:

#1, 'American Boy', Estelle:

First of all, I've never heard of any of these singles, or even any of these musicians. But I'm sure they're catchy songs, with an instantly recognizable chorus and hook.

Now, I'm not saying that 'C-Lebrity' is the best song ever written -- for what it's worth, I liked it, it was enjoyable, but very "typical" of Roger -- but for those of you saying that it'll never be a hit, think about this:

1. Can you remember the chorus?
2. Can you remember the hook?
3. Did your foot tap while it was playing?

If you answered yes to any of those, then it has a decent shot of being a reasonably successful single. (Of course, QPL have to get off their asses and promote it.) I'm not saying it'll be #1, or even Top Ten, but I bet it'll make an appearance in the Top 40.

I think you'll find that it was a joke on thier part, because Al Murry said they played Bo Rap twice. Maybe it's true, maybe it isn't, i personaly think it was a QOL presale.... i mean a joke :P

I personally, was very impressed with the song. This album appears to be a very healthy alternative to all of the shit out there in pop and mainstream rock. Anybody with a brain can tell that this song had to have been Roger's brainchild...it sounds to me however that there was input by all three of them. But I would say that this is definitely a Roger track. I can't wait for the new album!!

i read very interesting points (like the live channel and the mimed one on roger's voice) but i'm surprised seeing some people condemning the song...i really can't see anything wrong with it! and i'm enthousiastic about the vibe, the energy and the way they seem to enjoy the project.so please if you don't like c-lebrity don't get tickets for the O2 Arena... i don't want you to get bored there :P and mostly i'll get a ticket for me ;)

It's called an "opinion". If you're unfamiliar with the concept, I suggest finding out more from a good dictionary.

Basically it means that different people have different tastes, and don't see everything in exactly the same way as other people.

Don't worry, I have no intetion of going to the O2 (or any other) arena for this tour. I wasn't impressed with the previous tour, and I'm certainly not impressed with the new songs. (There was another one of those strange "opinions"!)

I don't think that even surprise is a good reaction, considering that everything Queen has ever done has been dividing opinions, and QPR is certainly no exception.
