Cosmos Rocks gets a 1 Star review in The Observer

Rolling Stones performed with Christina Aguilera on the last tour, how many of her fans went out and bought A bigger bang? How does it matter to anything?

How many teenagers bought that album at all? How many teenagers bought the latest Bruce Springsteen album? How many bought the Whos latest? Things change, doesnt mean its crap because of that..

Besides theyve already done the appeal to kids thing, it was called Queen+5ive. No more of that thanks..

Ive met enough militaries in my life to understand where Warboys come from. Its not a materpiece but it doesnt upset me. I also agree with what Holly wrote.

Herald-Sun in Melbourne yesterday. Ordinary review, listed "Paul Chapman" as the lead singer. Maybe his football injury is worse than we thought.

Well, ive not heard the album.....seems im one of those long time early fans that prefers to think that Freddie was "Queen" and the other 3 just supported him after about the 3rd Album when he sort of totally took over the band....maybe u would disagree,but the fact is, after BoRap, "Queen" ceased to be about the band anymore, and frankly, that is acceptable, coz its Freddie's voice that was the centerpiece along with his persona.....Regarding this album?, well, it is offensive that 50% of the band calls themselves "Queen" while 100% of the point of the band is in the grave......Even John realizes this and was the first one to do the right thing....However, as Brian never felt that he was appreciated and still has that axe to grind, i guess that Rog will follow him to the grave or the next stage....whatever comes first......and oh yeah, the new album cant be any worse then Hot Space or Brian's 2nd Solo outing, however, its not a Queen album, and how do i know this?....Coz the real Queen is not singing for them anymore.

Why arguing about a poor review when you still got your own opinion?

When you are a music lover,or a Queen(+) fan there must be something wrong with your self esteem when you let a review be your guide.

Just listen to the new album and be your own judge. Love it or hate it, but let it be!

Check out the review in Classic Rock this month - 8/10 for the album. They were well impressed. I've just heard it...and so am I!

totally agree with you, its not that the others didnt have any talent cause the do, its just that freddie was the one who made the songs as good as they were. His vocals, his advices both in songwriting/structure and even telling the producer what to do.

They don't understand that this IS NOT Queen now its a new band, with new songs, and new feelings.
Its a good rock album.
