Yeah this will never happen. Theres no way that either band will want to open.
Ive seen kiss twice and queen 9 times. Now all music is subjective, you either like
kiss or you dont. But as far as a live show goes honestly theres very few bands that can
touch them. They know exactly what a show is all about. Believe me, queen couldnt
follow them

Queen are now the biggest UK band of all time (saleswise now outstripping the Beatles) and Kiss have more gold albums in the US than any other band (yep including the Beatles). Imagine what they could do for each other on a word tour! KISS is the Hottest Band In The Land...Any person or anything that says that KISS does not rock, and is not a great band, is absolutley stupid! Queen should be honored to even open for KISS...Queen without Freddie Mercury is nothing...KISS, even with replacement members, is still better than Quen and Paul Rodgers. QUeen would be better if they played smal clubs instead of embarrasing themselves in big arenas with KISS as the main act!!! Why don't we stack up some "Another One Bites The Dust" to "Calling Dr. Love" and we'll see who wins!

Queen & Paul Rodgers played stadiums on their tour in support of their new album...as the single act on the bill they played to 350,000 people in one concert. Queen still sell out big arenas AS WELL as stadiums with Paul fronting the band. Has KISS ever played to that many people? I'll give 'em credit, I do love their music...but frankly Psycho Circus was their last good album, & that was almost 11 years ago. Both Kiss and Queen are fantastic bands. The comment someone made about Paul Stanley losing his voice is simply not true, he was spot on at Donnington last year and he has a very high range, I was there. He even did a full run as the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera, the guys a pro. QPR have already played a show headlined by KISS and KISS were honoured to have them there! In reality these bands are too cool to worry about it.
I wouldn't even consider KISS to have been the headliner at the first VH1 Rock Honors. To me it was 4 headlining bands sharing the stage, and receiving tributes from younger bands. You must have seen Paul Stanley on a good night. But I refer you to KISSOLOGY for the basis for my claims that P. Stanley is losing his voice.
