^ there was a bit on the local news here the other day about 'drink driving' with some bloody 'do-gooder' going on about how 25% of all car crashes are caused by drunk drivers which meant that 75% of all crashes were caused by those people who were sober.
why dont we get the sober ones to pay more tax to cover the NHS expenses as obviously the drunks are statistically safer on the roads?

The steep prices on cigarettes haven't bothered me much. Though some people claim they'll start shipping cigarettes in from North Carolina!
