Why don't you try playing a sport just for fun? Nothing very demanding. I feel so much better after I do it - yesterday I did play tennis and I OWNED the other girl. Hehehe. But even if I had lost the match, I'd have enjoyed it, it's huge fun, once you see you're slowly making advances and getting to make some good moves and achieving some of the results you want, it's great! You feel accomplished, even if it's a silly thing like serving right. I don't serve well - the other girl served way stronger - but I rarely miss my serve. Now that I figured out the accuracy, I'm trying to serve faster, and I'm improving.
If you have a good partner or friend, that's even better. Or swimming. Swimming rocks hard. And if you want to be alone for sometime and really forget about anything else, swimming is the way - you don't talk to anyone, you don't have to look at anyone, it's fabulous when one feels a bit reclusive. I'm a big-time recluse, but it's mainly because of an almost pathological shyness.
But you seem to be a charming, outgoing and nice guy, you probably don't feel the urge to dive to scape from people. Hehehe.
