Just like to add my gratitude for the small clips you have let my ears be graced with, Anthony.

Many thanks

Well i am very gratefull to hear some clips from this show. I was told fred had a voice like a bag of bolts, but suprisingly not as bad as i thought. The rest of the band sounded like they should at the end of a tour. A well oiled machine.
Of course we would all be very, very happy if you shared this concert here, but don't get forced into it. It is entirely up to you if you decide to share, or not.
Thank you for posting what you have done.

the mix is just up my street , i really need a pro studio to run  it through a high end  machine which you can adjust the azimuth ,etc and correct the pitch straight from the source... it needs some really high end gear to
get it up to scratch

Agreed.  But by bootleg/unofficial recording standards, it's still one of the best.  It's not a dry mix... it's very lively and guitar heavy.  Most people here would be happy with it as it is.

Maybe you can consider uploading it here first and dealing with QPL later... ?

I've just had a listen through my Sennheiser studio headphones (they tend to show flaws in the mix better than anything else I have in playback-equipment) and the amount of noise on this is very, very acceptable, and will require relatively minor work to get up to top quality. If it weren't such a political liability, it'd be up to official release quality with a bit of polishing, I'd say.

This is beyond fabulous. I mean, March of the Black Queen in an improvisation AND My Fairy King?!!! I've died and gone to heaven. It's simply unjust that such a brilliant concert had to be given in Apartheid territory, because apart from that flaw, this is perfect.

listening to it right now .... couldn´t believe what Thomas wrote in the post above .... it sounds amazing !!! the "March Of The Black Queen/ My Fairy King" improvisation is really something ! it´s been a long time without feeling so excited and happy when listening to a "new" Queen recording !!

Also amazing seeing the review at Bob´s site: http://www.queenlive.ca/queen/84-10-19.htm
