Queen are brilliant and performing to their best and the crowd are pretty unresponsive like they dont really want to be there and dont really get excited that much until Bohemian rhapsody and even then the enthusiam fizzles out quickly

if i paid money to go and see queen i would be up there dancing and singing along

as freddie said " if you guys wanna shift your asses its ok with us"!!!!!

The first time I saw it I couldn't believe Freddie said 'you don't know it' during Love of my Life!

I always though that the "you don't know it" line was an ad lib by Freddie, as the lyrics right before it say "You don't know what it means to me..."

Everybody else seems to think it's Freddie's comment in regard of the audience not singing along.

i think it was aimed at the crowd as he says "you dont know it huh"

I think it was a bit of both.  Typical 'tongue in cheek' Freddie.

When I was listening to the narrative by Brian and Roger  on the DVD.  Brian has said that what the band didn't know was the crowd at the venue were told that they couldn't stand up and also dance about and I think that pissed off the crowd a bit..  It has also been quoted that the crew filming the show had pissed off Freddie and the rest of band and Freddie getting his own back on the second night came out in shorts which means that it screwed up the continual to make it look as if it was all one show.

i was at that show.

the thing is... AOBTD, draw in a lot of new fans ( take the word " FANS " on a liter side here...héhéhé...) that for most of them, never heard them live, even if KILLER was there as a reference.

i guess they had nobody to tell them how a Queen show commanded their participation ?

you can hear a part of the crowd sing ( i know i was ). the newbies knew the old hits...thanks to radio mostly ?
